Custom officers’ involvement in alleged smuggling of non-custom vehicles revealed
According to reliable sources, an officer of upper grade in MCC Hyderabad looted the country through patronizing smuggling and thus set new records of corruption in the 70-year history of Customs.

SUKKUR: The business of non-customs vehicles has reached a peak in the country with the blessing of the officers of Model Customs Collectorate Hyderabad.
According to reliable sources, blue eyed customs officers of MCC Hyderabad are allegedly involved in crossing these vehicles via Kashmor and Rohri Interchange throughout the country against the hefty bribes.
It has been reported that Qamber- Shahdad kot police had suspended some of the district officers involved in smuggling of NCP vehicles a few days ago whereas Custom department which is responsible for controlling smuggling in the country, it’s corrupt officers allegedly patronizing it.
According to reliable sources, an officer of upper grade in MCC Hyderabad looted the country through patronizing smuggling and thus set new records of corruption in the 70-year history of Customs.
Sources told on the condition of anonymity that various front men of this officer who have been posted at various ASOs of Sindh Balochistan regions despite their juniority used to collect money from smugglers. That is why these inspector level officers of the 2016 batch have been posted on these Anti Smuggling Organizations (ASOs). These corrupt officials allegedly run customs cartels for the High-ups. Thus the revenue was lost defeating the objectives and spirit of the Customs Act, 1969.
