SUKKUR: Caretaker Health Minister Sindh Dr. Saad Khalid has expressed his dissatisfaction with the performance of the hospitals of Sukkur and Larkana divisions, saying that there is a 40-50% shortage of doctors and staff in the hospitals of Sukkur and Larkana divisions.
