SUKKUR: A Corruption Eradication Rally was organized by the Department of Excise Taxation and Narcotics Department, Sukkur Region, on the occasion of the International Day of Corruption, from the excise office to Ayub Gate Sukkur. The rally was led by Director of Excise Taxation and Narcotics Department Sukkur Region Iqbal Ahmed Laghari, DD Ghos Bakhsh Mehr, OS Nadeem Memon, ETO Aamir Gul Qureshi, ETO Nauman Akhtar Qureshi, ETO Shoaib Chana and others were also participated the rally. While addressing the rally, Deputy Director Excise Taxation and Narcotics Department, Sukkur Region, Iqbal Ahmed mehar said that corruption has become a serious problem and the scourge of corruption is licking Pakistan like a termite. Corruption can be reduced and prevented through accountability.
The purpose of the department to take out the rally is to eradicate corruption and save the country as the corruption has become a scourge in the country, in order to eliminate it, all of us, including anti-corruption, NAB, will have to play their role so that the country can move towards prosperity.
