SUKKUR: Journalists, lawyers, and civil society spoke out against the intimidation of Maryam Nawaz’s media houses and ARY news. Protest in front of the press club, chanting slogans against Maryam Nawaz. ARY News received threats from Maryam Nawaz, yesterday. Senior lawyer Qurban Malano condemned in the strongest terms the intimidation of the media by government members, particularly by PML N leader Maryam Nawaz. PFUJ central leader Lala Asad Pathan warned that the government should fix its direction or else journalists know how to protect their institutions.
