Reduction in underground water reserves

If you hear news regarding reduction in underground water reserves, but never tried to find out why? Why is our water motors stop working and we have to get bored much deeper to get water? Forty-foot home which bore the hand pumps or tap the first I still do not get water on half a hundred feet there.
The simple answer is that we are using more water from the ground, it will not recharge the water are not returned, by returning rain water to our underground water reserves.
Underground water reserves are to be recharged? Rain and our water use (if we get back to the ground)? If thousands of years reservoir had
been recharged , why not now? We have stopped the rain and used water to returned back to these reserves by cement, asphalt and concrete which are the natural way to earth (raw land), Rain water which maintains the level of underground water is now drains away and is not going back to the land and we do not get the way it . If we all leave some part of the land for garden in their home that we will not only keep maintained our garden raw ground water level of our underground water, but our garden will give us the fresh fruit and vegetables So-called development came outside and do the real progress.
