SUKKUR: Ali Asghar Jogi, former owner of Khairpur College of Nursing, Demonstrator and Madina Center Khairpur, told a conference at Sukkur Press Club with his colleagues Sajid and others that he worked hard to build Madina Medical Center and Sachal Sarmast of College Nursing Building in Khairpur. There was a hospital for patients with CT scan, MIR, OT, 50 beds.
Partnered with Khushi Muhammad Jalbani, a resident of Thiri Mirwah in the medical center, for which he was asked for Rs. 65 million. During the agreement, I was paid only Rs. 10 million by him. I asked him to take over Madinah Medical Center. After some time I got infected with Corona virus. He took over my medical center and evicted me from Madinah Medical Center.
I have been threatened with serious consequences on the complaints. I have approached the court in this regard. I hope the court will provide me justice and protection, he said. He told that he has appealed for justice and protection including return of possession.
