Sepco alleged of incompetence in billing distribution

SUKKUR: Due to the alleged incompetence of the Sukkur Electric Power Supply Company Billing Section administration, hundreds of complaints are coming out regarding the distribution of monthly bills to the electricity consumers in different districts of the region.
Consumers say that two days before the last date, the bills are delayed, due to which many people are forced to pay fines unnecessarily as a result of not paying on time. The last date of the bills issued and handed over to the consumers on July 29 while last date of the bills were August 1, due to which the salaried and laborers are very worried about the poor policy of the SEPCO administration. Nepra, SEPCO Chief and Chairman BOD were appealed to take the notice of the complaint to provide relief to consumers.
