Creativity & Intelligence: The way you think and work

Web Desk
Intelligence and creativity are completely dependent on the way you think and work. How do you develop your work and ideas? Are you interested in the job or not? How sincere and enthusiastic are you about accomplishing your goals? If we talk about creatively intelligent students or other people, they are constantly trying to improve themselves.
They want to improve themselves instead of worrying about others. They make their own decisions, leadership ability and self-reliance are their special characteristics. They populate a new place with their creations. They fill the hot and cold mood of the times with their smiles and positive thoughts. Reluctance and silence are their common virtues. There are fans of goodness and truth.
Creative thinkers typically have seven qualities. When you practice one or more of them, you also begin to feel that a truly intelligent person proves himself by his actions rather than mere claims. Creators are those who have deep love and commitment to work. People with creative intelligence must have the following qualities.

Asking questions
The first quality of creative thinkers is childlike wonder and curiosity. They are always asking questions like children that what is it and why? Why can’t we do it? If it was not done before, can it be done now? This is the key to their intelligence. They are not afraid to ask questions to learn something new for fear of what people will say.

Starting from zero
Another characteristic of creative thinkers is that they are always self-aware. They have no idea about the knowledge they have acquired. Many of us waste our time in an area we are not naturally good at and then wonder why we didn’t master it. Every moment the creator tries his ability and chooses that field, where his abilities are revealed and then with new passion and enthusiasm he starts from zero and reaches the level of perfection of art.

Admit your mistake
Another quality of highly creative thinkers is the ability to admit their mistakes. Most of our people here are not ready to accept that they too can make a mistake and spend most of their mental and emotional energy defending it. Highly creative people have an open and flexible mind, they admit their mistakes and don’t make excuses.

Creating new ideas
A fourth quality of creative people is that they focus on constantly generating new ideas. The most important part of creative thinking is your ability to generate ideas. The more ideas that come in, the better the quality and the better the chances that you’ll get the right idea at the right time.
An important point here is that the intellectual thinks with his imagination, he does not live on the words of others. He continues to learn all the time, focusing on his own creation rather than copying the ideas of others. He prioritizes what he said. What invention did he make? Recognize the value of new ideas and choose your own unique path in the path of knowledge.

Continue the learning process
Creators recognize that it is impossible to know everything, so when asked a specific question and do not know the answer, they are quick to admit that they do not know. If needed, they find the answer. But avoid giving wrong answers. They are the embodiment of Socrates’ saying, “I know so much that I know nothing.”

Changing your mind
The sixth quality of creative thinkers is a willingness to change all the time. They prefer to be responsible in their lives and are always ready for the inevitable change. According to researchers, 70% of the decisions you make turn out to be wrong. This means that mental flexibility is the most important skill you need to succeed.

Annihilation of the ego
The seventh quality of creative thinkers is that they don’t use their ego to justify themselves. If their results are wrong, they accept them with submission and focus on correcting them. They do not think about who is more right but are open to accepting ideas from any source to achieve their goal, overcome an obstacle or solve a problem.
