Sukkur IBA University, hosted the event on the third day of International Conference on Business, Economics and Education management. Sukkur IBA faculty, Friends, Family and social activists were invited to highlight the life and achievements of a bureaucrat, educationist, and social change leader, Prof Nisar Ahmed Siddiqui. Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Syed Mir Muhammad Shah, recalled the memories and told that Nisar Ahmed Siddiqi was a leader, education lover and a parental figure for the Sukkur IBA University. Prof. Dr. Mir Muhammad Shah said Nisar Ahmed Siddiqi was a leader who produced many leaders. He made a team that is capable of leading Sukkur IBA University towards a world class university as per vision of late Mr. Siddiqi. On the occasion Dr. Ishrat Hussain, while sharing his thought titled Mr. Siddiqi, as Sir Sayed Ahmed Khan of Sindh. He further said that Mr. Siddiqi’s contribution is remarkable. The biggest tribute to Mr. Siddiqi would be to continue his legacy and to lead Sukkur IBA University to a world class institution. Panelists included, Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Syed Mir Muhammad Shah, Dr. Ishrat Hussain, Dr. Rizwana Siddiqi, Naheed Shah Durani, Muhammad Abbas Baloch, Amir Ghori, Dr. Zahid Hussain Khan and other note speakers shared their views about the extraordinary efforts of Prof Nisar Ahmed Siddiqui in the field of education. They appreciated his vision to establish Sukkur IBA University as a world-class educational institute and lauded his dedication to spreading the network of community colleges. In others, Dr. Pervez Memon, Dr. Altaf Samon, Mr. Abdul Wahid Qazi, Head of departments, other officials, faculty and a large number of scholars and students graced the event with their presence.
