What is it that is being illegally smuggled in different cities of Sindh?

SUKKUR: The history of crime is as old as the human history, despite the campaigns to settle civilizations and conquer spaces from the stone age, crimes have not been eradicated 100%. Crime exists in some form or another in every corner of the world.
Smuggling of goods is also a serious crime among various types of crimes, which causes damage to the national exchequer. Institutions were established to ensure the prevention of illegal smuggling of goods in the beloved country.
As the federal government is trying for
implementation of anti-smuggling measures, senior officials of model Customs Collectorate Hyderabad allegedly involved in smuggling, which has caused a loss of crores of rupees to the national exchequer through the heinous business of smuggling of Iranian diesel, non-duty paid vehicles, cloth, narcotic products, panparag, gutka, black tea, dry fruits, cosmetics , electronics goods, grease, auto parts, oil, tires, and other items which are brought to Jacobabad through smuggling and from here these smuggled goods are sent to Sukkur, Khairpur, Ghotki, Shikarpur, and then are sent to small and big cities and towns of Sindh and other parts of country.
Despite the customs officers having been instructed by Chief collector South Yaqoob Mako to ensure 100% prevention of smuggling in region by using all resources and capabilities to catch the smugglers and thwart the attempts of smuggling of goods, Collector Hyderabad has allegedly appointed his blue eyed junior ranked officers at various Anti Smuggling Organization (ASO) like Jacobabad, Larkana, Khairpur, Shaheed Benazirabad to facilitate his illegal task to meet the monthly target of Rs.13 millions of gratification.
According to a conservative estimate, smuggled goods worth crores of rupees a day were brought to the markets of Jacobabad and from here sent to various small and big towns of the country, causing the government to lose a huge amount of money in taxes.
Sometimes cosmetic action was seen by the customs to fill the belly of the papers and in 2 to 3 months there was news that the customs confiscated the smuggled goods while taking action, but no major action was seen against those custom officials who are involved in smuggled goods.
In this regards this scribe made multiple attempts to contact Collectorate office Hyderabad for clarity on the matter, but all attempt went vain to get his point of view.
In order to prevent smuggling, the customs High-ups should initiate a high level inquiry against allegedly corrupt practices of Collector Model Customs Collectorate Hyderabad and to continue operations to eradicate the nexus of illegal smugglers and corrupt custom officers so that this heinous business can be completely eradicated at the expense of the national exchequer.
