Commissioner Sukkur’s sudden visit to Civil Hospital Sukkur expressed anger at the absence of staff and doctors

SUKKUR: Commissioner Sukkur Samiuddin Siddiqui paid a surprise visit to Civil Hospital Sukkur after taking charge of Commissioner Sukkur office. Expressing outrage over the absence of staff and doctors at MS Sukkur, Commissioner Sukkur Division visited the Children’s Ward and Emergency Gynecology Operation Warden of Civil Hospital Sukkur.
Commissioner Sukkur Division met the patients admitted in the wards and took information about the facilities provided by the hospital administration.
Due to lack of medicines and sanitation, the condition of the ward is deteriorating and the patients are suffering from severe problems due to which other diseases are spreading. Commissioner Sukkur further said that legal action will be taken against doctors who do not perform duty and the health secretary will be informed in writing. Commissioner Sukkur had issued instructions to Deputy Commissioner Sukkur and MS Sukkur and said that the condition of the hospital should be improved within a week.
