Delegate of Media Section SALU called on the VC Prof. Dr Ibupoto

KHAIRPUR: The delegation of the Public Relations Office of Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur led by the In charge of the Section Irfan Ali Phulpoto called on the Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Khalil Ibupoto in VIce Chancellor’s Secretariat on Tuesday December 05, 2023. During the meeting the Vice Chancellor emphasized the importance of media in promotion of the soft and positive image of the university. The media section plays a pivotal role in highlighting the academic, curricular and co-curricular activities of the university which keeps the general public updated and aware about the activities of the university. Dr. Ibupoto lauded the efforts of this section and praised the prevailing sense of teamwork there. He reiterated his belief in taking all stakeholders of the university on board and the role of the media section in promotion of this cause. He stressed upon following the latest and innovative techniques of strengthening this section. The meeting was attended by PRO Irfan Ali Phulpoto, Assistant PRO Altaf Abro, Shahid Hussain Lashari, Sahib Khan Shaikh, Gulshan Iqbal Shaikh and Ghulam Raza Bhutto. On this occasion, important decisions were taken to improve the working condition of the media section. Altaf Abro APRO was assigned the editorship of SALUNI Newsletter, and in charge ship of Web Channel and Social media. Whereas Press Release and Electronic media will be covered and headed by Irfan Ali Phulpoto who will be assisted by APRO Shahid Hussain Lashari.
