DIG vows to punish severely who kill innocent girls

SUKKUR: A seminar on Gender Base Violation was held at IBA University Sukkur. DIG Sukkur Tariq Abbas Qureshi said that those who kill innocent girls like Jahiliyyah will answer before Allah on the Day of Judgment. Married of choice, so killed, or did not give hot bread, the tongue was long, these are reasons upon which the innocent girls were being killed in rural areas.
Addressing a seminar held at IBA University Sukkur, DIG Sukkur Sub-Region Tariq Abbas Qureshi said that two verses of the Holy Quran are for the girls who were buried in the age of ignorance.
They say that the Qur’an is for the Day of Resurrection. If so, then these verses are for the girls who are killed innocently.
DIG Sukkur further said that we refer to Islam on everything. On the Day of Judgment when Allah will ask why the innocent girls were killed, what will be said that he had got married of his choice, hot bread. Tariq Abbas Qureshi said that those who killed innocent girls should be severely punished.
