Federal Shariat Court bench set up in Sukkur

People will no longer have to go to Karachi or Islamabad for Shariah cases: Justice Syed Muhammad Anwar

SUKKUR: The Federal Shariah Court has set up its bench in the Sindh High Court Sukkur building for the convenience of the people of Sukkur and Larkana divisions.
Acting Chief Justice of Federal Shariah Court Justice Syed Mohammad Anwar said that Justice Khadim Hussain of Federal Shariah Court and a large number of lawyers of Sukkur High Court Bar were present on the occasion. He said that the establishment of Federal Shariah Court in Sukkur would facilitate the people of Sukkur and Larkana region.
He said that people would not have to go to Karachi and Islamabad for Shariah and Hudood cases. So that the cases regarding Shariah and Hudood can be transferred to these benches and the pressure on the High Courts can be lessened.
He said that I came to Sukkur for the first time but before coming to Sukkur I had no idea that I would get such a wonderful welcome here. I will get so much love here. I have been given a cultural gift of Sindh hat and Ajrak here Which I will never forget and will always remember. He said that Sindh is the land of King Abdul Latif Bhattai. He always taught peace, love and brotherhood.
