How was it possible to release the hostages of the Hindu community from the dacoits after the assurance in the protest?

The districts of Kashmore, Kundhkot, Ghotki and Shikarpur in northern Sindh have long been a hotbed for dacoits, in which apart from kidnapping, people are abducted through ‘honey traps’.
A dharna was held at Tin Talwar Clifton in Karachi on Sunday for the recovery of Kashmore hostages organized by the ‘Minority Rights March’. The participants of this sit-in have also demanded a military operation in Kacha.
In Kashmore and Kandhkot, the Hindu community held protest dharnas and a strike was also observed in both the cities.
These sit-ins were going on for the last four days and political parties also participated in it apart from the Sindhi nationalist parties.
Participants claimed that due to the poor performance of the police, the kidnapping business has reached its peak. Protection should be provided to the citizens by carrying out operations against all the criminals.
Mir Shabbir Bajarani, a former provincial minister from Kashmore’s Kandhkot district, addressed the sit-in held in Karachi on Sunday evening and assured the protesters that the hostages, Dr. Munir Naich, Mukhi Jagdish, Jaideep and Sagar Kumar, would be released within 12 hours. Will be released.
Not twelve hours, but after 36 hours, Dr. Munir, Mukhi Jagdish and their son have been released and reached their homes.

Former provincial minister Shabbir Bajarani has denied any agreement or patronage. He said that according to what the SSP told him, he informed the protesters that the hostages would be released in twelve hours.
He said that there were strikes and protests in Kashmore and other cities due to which the police were under pressure.
When the former provincial minister was asked that before your party was in the PPP government, then why was the police not being so effective? So he said that he had met the IG Sindh and the Chief Minister and given them the names of those people who have been involved in these incidents.
SSP Amjad Sheikh is posted in Shikarpur while he also has the additional charge of Kashmore Kundhkot district.
He said that when he took charge, 52 people were abducted, of which 42 have been recovered, including seven children.
They claim that during this period they have also caught the operatives of a gang that kidnaps children.
