Khurshud shah hinted election to be held in October

SUKKUR: Federal minster for water resources Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah has agreed that Sindh and Balochistan were facing shortage of water, but it is a natural scarcity, and the rains will likely to improve water condition in country next week. He informed that 20000 cusecs water shorts have been noticed in between Taunsa and Guddu. For the first time in the history of Pakistan, the High Commission surveyed between Taunsa and Guddu, Khurshid Shah told. Ten to eleven thousand cusecs could be lost at Taunsa due to extreme heat, he stated.
Shah added that Govt will see after the report of the inquiry committee and divulge strategy to cope situation. We did not take the government out of enthusiasm, Imran Khan on public demand removed from the Government, he said. Elections will be held in October or November after the required legislation in election laws. Until and unless legislation will not be take place, election will not be held, he stated.
