KHAIRPUR: Kolab Jeal premier league KPL season four has entered into the eliminator round. The tournament is regularly held every year in commemoration of Late Imtiaz Ali Abro. The first eliminator round was played between Kolab Jeal Kings and Kolab Jeal United. After winning the toss Kolab Jeal United scored 136 runs in the allotted 9 overs with the loss of 7 wickets. The match was won by Kolab Jeal Kings in the last over with four balls spared. Irfan Abro alias Gabar was awarded with the man of the match for his fiery innings of 57 runs. The award was given away by Mir Rohal Khan Khoso, the SSP Khairpur who attended the event as the chief guest. Speaking on occasion, the young SSP lauded the efforts of the organizing committee and congratulated them for arranging such healthy events. He said that there is no dearth of talent in Sindh but Sindhi players are lacking in patronage and opportunities. He shared his vision about the sports and said that sports create a healthy body and healthy mind. He emphasized upon organizing such events at district level. He reaffirmed his vow to patronize such events in future. The match was attended by a vast number of spectators from the surrounding vicinity. Zawar Muharam Abro, Hidayatullah Abro, Shamshad Abro and other dignitaries of the area were also present in the award distribution ceremony.
