Motor bike snatching on rise in Sukkur

SUKKUR: Motorcycle lifting incidents rage again in Sukkur and surrounding areas, as over dozen incidents of robberies, bike-snatching and theft were reported in the last few days. A CD 70 motorcycle 2019 model of Sajid Malik who is an employee of Medicine company has been taken away by muggers from Makkah street Miani road in the early wee hours of Sunday. Everyone loves their valuables, especially motorcycles purchased with their hard-earned money, but there are some people who would love to take those treasured possessions off their hands. Area people and social workers took out a procession led by Sajid Malik, Sadurrudin Qureshi, Abdul Aziz Malik, and others. They also observed a token hunger strike at Miani road and told this scribe that Motorcycle lifting incidents rage again in Sukkur, and PP launch morh of A section police station totally fails in controlling motorbike theft. “This is a Sukkur police responsibility to take care of its citizens and their valuables and they hoped SSP Sukkur to get their motorcycle returned back and will trace culprits as such incidents could be averted in future.
