SUKKUR: Sukkur police are taking a firm stance on security during Ramadan. SSP Zubair Nazir Ahmed Sheikh has warned of strict action against any officers found negligent in their duties.
Increased police presence will be deployed at mosques, particularly during Maghrib, Isha, and Taraweeh prayers.
Senior officers will conduct checks to ensure personnel are fulfilling their assigned tasks.
Market areas and roads will be patrolled during Iftar and Suhoor times.
These measures aim to create a safe and secure environment for residents to observe Ramadan practices.
