Prime Minister laid the foundation stone of Sukkur-Hyderabad Motorway

SUKKUR: Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif laid the foundation stone of 306 km long Sukkur-Hyderabad Motorway M6.
Sukkur Hyderabad Motorway is the last part of PKM Peshawar Karachi Motorway after which all major and important cities of Pakistan will be connected by Motorways.
The said project will be completed in a short period of 30 months under Public Private Partnership.
According to the NHA spokesperson, the project will cost more than 307 billion rupees, on which 15 interchanges, a major bridge over the Indus River, 19 underpasses and 6 flyovers will be constructed.
10 service areas will be constructed on both sides of the motorway at a distance of 50 km. This motorway will pass through the districts of Jamshoro, Hyderabad, Matiari, Benazirabad, Nowshero Feroze, Khairpur and Sukkur.
