Question:. A person is in debt, he borrowed for a genuine need and with the intention of paying it back, but now he has no resources. But the debt still remains. Now what is the order for him? If he dies during this time, will he be guilty?
Ans: If a loan is taken with the intention of paying it back, Allah creates the means of payment, so he should not be disappointed by the mercy of Allah. Such a person should try to pay and also write a will to pay off the debt that if I am unable to pay the debt in my lifetime then my debt should be paid before the distribution of my inheritance. In this way, if there is room in the tarqa, people will receive their debt, and if there is no room, then the said person will not be guilty of remaining in debt.
