Rangers raided the Baldia, recovered sugar worth 1 billion rupees

SUKKUR: Sindh Rangers recovered sugar worth Rs 1 billion stored in warehouses in Baldia Town area of ​​Karachi.
According to Sindh Rangers spokesperson, 140 thousand sacks of sugar seized during the operation have been confiscated.
During the crackdown on sugar hoarders, a raid was conducted in Baldia Town, Islamnagar.
Large quantities of sugar stored in 2 different warehouses located on Hub River Road were seized during the operation.
The spokesperson of Sindh Rangers has said that 140 thousand bags of stored sugar have been recovered, the value of the confiscated sugar is more than 1 billion rupees.
The stored sugar was allegedly to be sent to Afghanistan via Balochistan.
The recovered sugar has been handed over to the civil administration by the Sindh Rangers for further legal action
