SUKKUR: Assistant Commissioner Taluka New Sukkur Majid Ali Mako visited Sukkur Press Club. Senior Vice President of Press Club Lala Shehbaz Pathan, President of Sifma Chapter Salahuddin Qureshi, Yasir Farooqui, President of Court Reporters Association Ali Muhammad Shar, Press Secretary of Sukkur Union of Journalists Faisal Arain, Vice President of Sefma Farid Soomro, and others met.
Assistant Commissioner Sukkur Majid Ali Mako termed SPC as fascinating and beautiful building and was impressed by the existing facilities for the members. Assistant Commissioner Majid Ali Mako said that Sukkur Press Club is one of the major press clubs of Pakistan. The Sukkur Press Club is at the forefront and its members have always raised the voice of the oppressed and disenfranchised sections of the Press Club, mako said. The club today has a distinct presence across the country.
Lala Asad Pathan, the spirit of the press club, has a significant and exemplary role in the constructive development of the press club, AC Mako said.
