Sub-inspector tortures a beggar woman at Shalimar

SUKKUR: At Shalimar gate in Sukkur, sub-inspector tortured a woman who was a beggar.
Police say that two beggar women had a quarrel over taking alms, 15 in-charge publicly tortured the beggar woman, they are investigating it.
Police say that there was a dispute between women beggars in the same area, one woman beggar hit another woman with bricks and injured her.
