KHAIRPUR: Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur proudly announces the successful completion of two PhD Open Defense Seminars in the Institute of Business Administration. The defense sessions were declared successful by the esteemed Vice Chancellor, Prof Dr Khalil Ahmed Ibupoto, underscoring the academic excellence and research prowess of the candidates. Prof. Dr. Khalil Ahmed Ibupoto also chaired the Seminars. Both scholars had undertaken their research work under supervision of Prof: Dr. Minhoon Khan Laghari and Dr. Irum Rani Shaikh. The Open Defense was attended by Prof. Dr. Imamdin Khoso and Prof. Dr. Mir Muhammad Shah as the external expert.
The first seminar was delivered by Mr Muhammd Asif Chano on the topic “The Mediating and Moderating Role of Internal Marketing in Developing the Nexus among Job Rewards, Job Satisfaction, and Work Engagement: An Evidence from Commercial Banks of Sindh, Pakistan.”
The comprehensive study conducted by Muhammd Asif Chano explores the intricate relationships among job rewards, job satisfaction, and work engagement in the context of commercial banks in Sindh, Pakistan. The research is guided by the experienced supervision of Prof Dr Minhoon Khan Laghari and Prof Dr Iram Rani Shaikh, along with insights from the expert panel comprising Prof Dr Imamuddin Khoso and Prof Dr Mir Muhammad Shah.

The second Seminar was presented by Mr. Muhammad Ali Brohi. He delivered his Defense on the topic: “Enquiring the Importance of Ethical Sales Leadership on Salesperson Behavior Performance in the Business-to-Business Markets of Pakistan.”
