Sukkur’s Civil Hospital has become a garbage pit

SUKKUR: Civil Hospital Sukkur has become a garbage dump. Sanitation was ruined, MRI, CT scan machines were damaged, many wards were locked. Many patients including children suffering from Diarrhea, Malaria and other diseases are under treatment in a few wards.
The poor sanitation situation in Civil Hospital has increased the fears of patients falling ill. The management attributed the mess to the lack of employees.
Due to the poor sanitation in the hospital, there are piles of dirt and paan packs everywhere. The hospital has become a hotbed of diseases due to piles of dirt on the steps and roads of the hospital.
In a few wards, other patients including children suffering from Malaria, diarrhea and other diseases are under treatment.
On the other hand, the hospital is facing a shortage of equipment and machinery and the patients are also having to buy medicines from outside.
