The central leadership of SUP strongly condemned the “brutal murder” of Haseeb Junejo, saying that his mysterious disappearance and brutal murder raised several questions.
In a statement, SUP Chairman Syed Jalal Mehmood Shah and President Syed Zain Shah said that such incidents question the efficiency of law enforcement agencies. He said the killing of an active and peace-loving SUP worker was an act of “open terrorism”, adding that those who are bleeding innocent civilians after abducting them deserve forgiveness.
He said this was not the first incident of its kind, and called for a judicial inquiry into Mr. Junejo’s torture and murder.

It has been said in the statement that the people involved in the brutal murder should be held accountable.
He said SUP believes in non-violence and thus its leaders and workers will not abandon the party’s policy of restraint and restraint even in such highly condemnable acts.
